Sales & Leases

We are not a Sales Barn. However, we always have students that have outgrown a fabulous partner or are off to college, and therefore their horse is for sale. We also have occasional lesson horses that have earned a loving one rider situation. And of course, all of our homebred foals and their dams are available for sale.

Most of the horses we offer for sale are quarterhorse geldings or mares, although we occasionally have stallions. We also have broodmares in foal.

We are happy to work with you to find the right horse for your riding ability and interests, whether you want a horse for reining, eventing, or riding for pleasure.

We also offer several horses for lease. Some of these are TPF owned horses and others are privately owned boarders. The fees on leasing begin at $300.00 per month. Each lease has a unique contract with varying requirements.
