Twin Pine Farm is a medium-sized, friendly, multi-discipline
stable located on Jewett Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts.
We have twenty-six stalls in two barns. The boarders' barn
is directly adjacent to our 200' x 72' indoor arena. This
barn has sixteen stalls that are 10' x 12' and are all lined in
Linear® rubber mats. There is a separate boarders'
tack room. Additional storage for boarders is available on
the second floor of the arena barn.
Turn out to slip-board fenced paddocks is either
all day in company or a half day turned out individually.
A sixty foot round pen is conveniently located just outside the
boarders' barn, as is a four-horse hot walker.
Our FEI-sized arena has ample lighting and spectacular
footing. Our footing was originally installed by Scott Evans.
Since then, Toby has developed his own mix that supports the diversity
of the horses working at Twin Pine Farm. Our outdoor sand
ring is 225' x 175' which is also ideal for multiple disciplines.
The jumping field is 350' x 275' and is grass with a sampling of
cross-country fences mixed about. Our facilities are not open to
the public.
Our location is prized not only because of its
pictorial New England beauty but its proximity to the towns 500+
acres of apple orchards and the Nashoba Land Trust. Our trail
riding and hacking network extends all the way over to the Brookline
(NH) State Forest. We make use of this amenity for enjoyable
trail riding, including swimming forays into Heald Pond, and calculated
gallops for conditioning and learning pace.
We consider our facility to be unique among barns
that offer board. The environment here is friendly and supportive.
Although we have several national champions that call Twin Pine
Farm home, we welcome and appreciate our customers whose boarded
horses are their family members.
